I’ve been going to Ralph and his Auto Lab team now for a number of years. What I like the most about getting my car fixed here is that they will first do a thorough job in evaluating the repair that your car might need. Then, unlike some other places, will actually take the time to tell you what you REALLY need to do now, what you MIGHT need to do in the future, and what you really can hold off on. I especially like Ralph’s, “if it were my car…” approach. Saving money by avoiding unnecessary repairs is a big reason why I keep coming back. Their prices are fair and reasonable, I never have to wait for days for an appointment, they guarantee the work they do and best of all they also offer a Senior Discount!

Saved $300 for auto repair
After having been to a local dealer for a noisy brake issue, the report came back “recommend replacing rear pads and rotors and front pads and resurface rotors.” Not having the cash at that moment I did not get them done. I decided to bring my car to Auto Lab and I’m glad I did. Ralph (the owner) nicely informed me that my front brake pads did not need to be replaced nor the rotors resurfaced. Saved $300 for my brake repair job. Thanks Ralph! Hopefully this will help spread the word on your honesty, great service and prices.

Looking for the best auto repair shop in Nashua?
I’ll tell you right now it is Autolab. I have tried many other larger car repair facilities in Nashua to get my car fixed and found Ralph’s little ‘hidden gem’ service garage to be the place I’ve been looking for. I know that when I bring my car in for repairs they will be done right. Ralph is honest and his mechanics top notch. If you only need two tires, he won’t try to sell you four. If you need only brake pads, he won’t try to sell you rotors. These are just a few of the examples of why Autolab is #1 on my book.
